The VARIMAT S welding machine is a cost-effective, entry-level device for those who want to weld PVC membranes with proven Leister product quality. This automatic welder equips users with the same features as the BITUMAT and VARIMAT, ensuring perfectly welded PVC membranes. Thanks to its proven electronics with a manageable control circuit, i.e. the open-loop technology, VARIMAT S is a reliable partner on the job site.

The plastic welding device is particularly suitable for welding PVC membranes on roofs, because a tracking roller is not necessary here. It’s easy to operate with rotary knobs, as well as the ergonomic, easy height adjustment and pivoting guide rod that make it particularly easy to work with. The air flow range is adjustable and weights can be added to increase pressure (additional weights are sold separately). With a drive speed between 0.8 and 12 meters per minute (2.62 to 39.37 feet per minute), PVC membranes can be optimally welded on the roof. However, the VARIMAT S can also easily be used for general welding. This welding machine is an affordable alternative to the VARIMAT V2.
