Welding Inflatables

Inflatable objects like boats, emergency slides, advertisements, bounce castles, sports equipment, balloons, mats, structures and even air domes.

For objects that are filled with air, the absolute seam tightness must be guaranteed. Leister hot-air machines meet these requirements. Even with welding machines, Leister offers the possibility of tightly welding and bonding overlap seams, fillet seams and hem seams made of different film materials.

Hoses

For example, for flood prevention using flexible barriers, rescue slides in airplanes, inflatable rescue and decontamination tents. These are welded with heat guns and welding machines, and they are sealed with tape in order to make them waterproof and airtight.

They can be manufactured in all possible shapes for the precise requirements of their application.
